I am literally a gentleman
This in the classic sense of the word and by its traditional, original definition.
As CS Lewis put it in Mere Christianity, a gentleman is
“one who had a coat of arms and some landed property”
That is how the word was defined, usefully, before it was ripped to shreds by the mis-use of morons and common men, fools.
I own land. I own landed property. That is one half of the definition.
